Our Clients
We work across government departments, commercial and not-for-profit organisations. Community and social services and the people that provide them are our focus, with particular expertise in workforce/client diversity and organisational growth.
Our People
All professionals involved with GoodRun Solutions have a proven track record in their area of expertise. Our business model is based on collaboration with independent consultants and facilitators. This enables us to create the right team for your project.
Strategic Planning
We facilitate the process of strategic planning for new and established organisations. Our clients include groups from new and emerging communities such as the African Australian Union (AAU) Inc. who recently launched their strategic plan.
Service Management
We provide short and long term service management on behalf of organisations. As an example GoodRun Solutions has developed, implemented and managed the support service to increase the capacity in Australian Government approved early care and education settings to include children from Indigenous, culturally and linguistically diverse background in two Australian states.
Service Support
Extending your organisation's range of services by offering workforce education and client information. We supported the Independent Living Centre's Multicultural Aged Care Services (ILC MACS) by assessing their cultural and linguistic competency, facilitating professional development, client information and writing articles for their newsletter.
Presentations
Our presentations and key notes at rural, state and national conferences range from; 'Getting the Social Agenda Right: Abuse of Elder Migrant Women in Aged Care', 'The Journey to Culturally Intelligent Leadership' to 'Person Centered Planning'.
Tender Responses
We have developed numerous successful tender responses on behalf of our clients. Projects funded include the nationally recognised crime prevention program called 'Pine Tree Tots' provided by Extra Edge Community Services (EECS). Another successful project is the Australian Government funded 'Jobseekers2Communities' facilitated by the WA Council of Social Services (WACOSS).
Workforce Education
Our tailored professional development opportunities are all based on adult learning principles and we adapt our media to the audience. We are happy to come to your workplace and accommodate various sized groups. Feedback from past participants has confirmed that we are highly successful in meeting the outcomes set for workshops.
Quality Assurance
Current panel contracts include team leader for independent evaluations of Disability Services Commission funded and provided services and assessors for secure care and residential group homes, Department of Child Protection.
